This page sets out the terms upon which the 30-day free trial is provided, and the conditions governing the provision. We respect your right to choose not to agree with the terms & conditions, however in that event, we respectfully advise that you are not permitted to use any services of Winerytale whatsoever. By your actions of using any services of Winerytale, you are agreeing to the terms as set out.
a. The free trial is limited to applicants from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
b. The free trial is limited to companies operating in the fields of producers, digital marketing, marketing, print media, packaging, and product manufacturing.
c. Winerytale reserves the right to include applicants from outside these areas at its discretion.
The free trial period lasts for 30 days from the date of sign-up. If a credit card is provided, the card will be charged at the end of the trial period unless the applicant cancels their account before that time.
Applicants are required to provide a valid credit card at the time of establishing their account. The credit card will not be charged during the free trial period unless the account remains active after the 30-day period, at which point it will be charged as per normal account terms.
The free trial is limited to one application per person and one application per company.
The free trial can be cancelled through the web platform dashboard. This is the only way to cancel the account. Requests made through email will not be accepted.
Winerytale reserves the right to terminate the free trial at its discretion, for any reason or no reason. Accounts will be terminated if they are found to contain offensive material, nudity, or if their use violates any applicable laws.
By using the service, applicants are representing that they have permission to use any packaging they supply to Winerytale to be added to the system. Winerytale is not liable for any unauthorized use of packaging or for any content that may be objectionable to a third party. The free trial is provided on the condition that the applicant accepts this risk.
The terms and conditions are governed by the jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia.
Winerytale reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
